Journal your way through the Midlife Wilderness
Possibility Pages is a daily journaling and planning system that weaves in joy and makes intentional room for curiosity and intuition.
Connect to your inner guide and make your Midlife possibilities come true – one morning at a time.
How do Possibility Pages work? And why?
I believe that it’s crucial to claim authority over our days. Our time. Our energy. Especially in midlife, when all of those resources become more limited.
This system supports you by coaching your Self a little every day. These are the specific steps:
You declare your vision.
You reveal what’s in the way today.
You call in your intuition (through a daily card or whatever works for you).
You conjure a feeling, a useful thought, and a word.
You put down 5 aligned actions to take today.
Then you turn on your right brain hemisphere before you get on with your day – allowing creativity to help find new solutions to old obstacles.
The balance of inner work and outer action is unique and does the magic.
Possibility Pages: An Overview
Most planner systems focus on external work, action items, and tasks. They mostly adhere to rigid, capitalist, patriarchal principles.
Most journaling practices focus on internal work and processing. They can keep us caught in analysis paralysis and a waiting pattern (once I have my Self figured out, I will…)
Possibility Pages uniquely combines both aspects, taking what’s needed from both fields and creating a gentle way to move toward what’s possible.
It uses daily tarot/oracle cards alongside proven productivity methods (like Ivy Lee) and brain science (like turning on the right hemisphere for more creative solutions).
What makes this Journaling and Planning System special?
You should give it a try if you…
have been craving a gentler way to get stuff done and achieve your lofty midlife dreams
want to make more time for long walks, reading that pile of books, making art, and spending time with friends
have tried other planners and systems only to abandon them after a few months, weeks, or even on the first day
wonder what it would feel like to start each day with joy and creativity instead of overwhelm and dread
Are Possibility Pages for me?
What if it doesn’t work for me?
You don’t need a daily card to use Possibility Pages. There are many ways to access your inner guide: meditation, prayer, and long-form journaling are other options.
If you’ve been card-curious, however, this is a great entry point. Start with any deck, or reach out to me for some suggestions or any questions.
What if I know nothing about Tarot or Oracle Cards?
How long does this take every morning?
On mornings that feel tight, when my inner fearmonger insists we have no time today, I still set aside ten minutes. On more spacious days or in phases that require more inner guidance, I might take thirty minutes or even up to an hour (looking at you, 10 of Swords).
I recommend trying the Possibility Pages Practice for a few weeks. After that, I want you to make it yours. Adapt it, add things, or change the language of the prompts.
Of course, if it didn’t work for you at all, nothing has gone wrong. You’ve gathered valuable information on what you need and don’t need to move toward your wildest midlife dreams.
